个人简介

主要从事靶向递药系统和生物活性载体材料研究。研究内容主要包括:1)利用协同递送策略,发展新型纳米载药系统,主动调控肿瘤免疫微环境,抗肿瘤转移和复发;2)通过分子设计,构建肿瘤微环境响应纳米载药系统克服肿瘤组织和细胞生理屏障,提高药物转运效率,显著改善肿瘤化疗和RNA干扰治疗效果;3)从分子、细胞和组织层面揭示纳米载药系统抗肿瘤耐药和转移的关键作用机制。主持基金委“优青”基金、面上项目和科技部“973”课题等多项国家级科研项目。发表SCI论文100余篇,包括Science Immunology, Nature CommunicationAdvanced Materials等期刊。申报中国发明专利11项,授权5项,新药技术转让1项。担任Mater Exp 副主编和多个国内外期刊编委,在重要学术会议作邀请或分会报告40余次。

科研成果
1、利用协同递送策略,发展新型纳米载药系统,主动调控肿瘤免疫抑制微环境,抗肿瘤转移和复发。
