课题组成立于 2006 年，现有职工9人，研究生5人，联合培养研究生2人，共计16人。

　　从事基于G蛋白偶联受体（GPCR）的新药发现及干细胞化学生物学研究，主要集中在以下几个方向：1、GPCR新药筛选平台的建设及新药发现；2、GPCR在重大疾病（自身免疫病、代谢性疾病及肿瘤）中的作用及其机制研究，以及药物干预；3、干细胞命运调控小分子的发现、机制研究及在疾病中的应用。
